この製品は、ビンテージウエスタンシャツ(カウボーイシャツ)のデザインをベースに、オールドアメリカンスタイルのクラシカルなディテールを再現しつつも、ステュディオ・ダ・ルチザンによってタウンユース用にアレンジされた無地長袖シャツです。ステュディオ・ダ・ルチザン・オリジナルの14オンス・ヘビーウェイトデニムを使用したウェスタンシャツで、現代的なシルエット・縫製を取り入れ、カジュアルのテイストをプラスした街着として洗練されたファッショナブルなデザインに再構築されています。

サイズは日本規格サイズです。シルエットは身幅が絞られたシャープなスリムフィットスタイルに設計され、スタイリッシュにご着用いただけますようにカスタマイズされています。

スタイルは台衿付きレギュラーカラーのスナップボタンオープンタイプで、スソはカーブ状にカットされたラウンドボトム(ラウンドテール)です。

素材は綿100%の14オンス・スーパーヘビーウェイト・セルビッジ右綾デニム生地です。分厚く、硬めに仕上げられたゴツゴツとした糸本来の風合いを持った頑強なデニム生地です。ヘビーオンスによる重量感あるこの厚手デニムシャツは洗濯や長年の着用にもへたることなく、その硬さと無骨な表情を保ちます。フロント右身頃前立ての裏側(見返し側)とポケット内側にはセルビッジが配されています。ボリューム感のある厚手の生地(裏地なし)が使用されていますので、ライトアウター(シャツジャケット)として春や秋に羽織ったり、冬のインナーとしても着用できたりと、幅広く、長い期間使い回せるアイテムになっています。

この製品には、ワンウォッシュ加工がかけられています。そのため、シャツには、程よいオールド感とヴィンテージ感が生まれ、クラシックな印象を与えるシャツに仕上げられています。また、ワンウォッシュですでに生地の縮みが発生しているので、洗濯後の縮みが少なくサイズ感が安定しているのも利点のひとつです。着用と洗濯を繰り返すごとにデニム特有の美しい経年変化も楽しめます。

フロントは6つボタンによるフルオープン開閉式です。ボタンにはウエスタンスタイルのメタルで縁飾りされたホワイトパールスナップボタンが採用されています。トップボタンのみボタンホールに通すプラスチック製4つ穴ボタンです。

負荷のかかる肩部分にはもう1枚生地をあてたウエスタンヨーク仕様です。フロントヨークはシングルポイントパターン、バックヨークはダブルポイントパターンです。

両胸には、スナップボタン留めのフラップポケットが設けられています。フラップは先のとがったシングルポイントパターンです。ポケット上部の角はバータック(カンヌキ)で強度が増されています。左胸ポケットには「ステュディオ・ダ・ルチザン」のピスネーム(飾りネームタグが縫い付けられています。

袖口は縦に配置された3連スナップボタンカフス仕様です。剣ボロカフスリットにもスナップボタンが1つ付き、シャツの袖通しの良さが考慮されています。

主要部分の縫製は、2本針巻き縫いのヴィンテージシャツの仕様を再現した王道的なつくりです。

This modern denim western snap-up shirt is made in Japan and produced by studio d'artisan (studio dartisan). Studio d'artisan is a modern denim label established in 2006, based in Kojima, Okayama, Japan, where is the birth place of Japanese domestic jeans. Studio D'artisan's products are introduced Japanese craftsmanship and contemporary elements into american classic clothing making. The pattern construction of this jean shirt is modeled after vintage western shirts with cowboy design, but this long sleeve denim shirt has been re-designed with the Studio D'artisan's brand own detailing, contemporary interpretation and modernize fit for a more casual look and fashion purpose. The beauty of this piece is the balance of classic construction and modern updates from Studio D'artisan. Made of a 100% cotton unlined, single-ply, pre-washed 14 Oz. super heavyweight Japanese deep blue indigo denim fabric, which has a thicker and stiffer texture than any other normal denim shirts. It is perfect to wear alone or as a shirt-jacket (shirt-Jac shacket) or as a base layer with a jacket(outerwear). Fabric Type : Made of a 100% cotton unlined, single-ply, non-stretch, pre-washed 14 Oz. super heavyweight Japanese deep blue indigo denim fabric with a right-hand twill construction, which has a thicker and stiffer texture than any other normal denim shirts. It is high density and extremely durable. This shirt will keep its stiffness, durability, rugged heavy-duty texture without losing its shape even through repeated washing and wear. Red/white Selvedge (also self-edge or selvage) ID details can be seen on the right side interior placket and inside of pockets. It is perfect to wear alone or as a shirt-jacket (shirt-Jac shacket) or as a base layer with a jacket(outerwear). This shirt has been washed once. Pre washed, minimal shrinkage. And the more you wear, the more denim will fade beautifully.

Types of garment closure (Placket type) : 6 buttons on front opening. Snap-button closure. The buttons are western-styled white circle snap button with silvery rim except the top button. The top butoon is a 4-holes button with button hole.

Collar Type : Regular collar with collar stand for crisper appearance. Western-styled turn-down point collar.

Bottom hem type : Curved hem (Curved shirttail hem).

Pocket : This shirt has twin chest pockets with snap bunnton closure. Attractive pointy pocket flaps, complementing the yoke pattern. The upper pocket corners are bar tacked for extra strength. The left side pocket has a brand label.

Cuffs Type : Triple Snap Cuffs. Three vertical snap button cuffs with cuff slits. Then, cuff slit has one snap button let you take the shirt off and put it on easily.

Yoke type : Traditional western-wear arcuate front and back yokes. 1 point (single-point) V-shaped front yokes and 2 point (double-point) back yoke. A shirt yoke is made from two layers of fabric for durability. Reinforced double-layers shoulder yoke for greater durability at at stress points.
