RICS Mandatory Topics 2026

From 1 January 2026, RICS members are required to complete CPD covering three mandatory topics on a rolling three-year basis: Ethics, Sustainability, and Data, AI & Technology. To help surveyors meet these new requirements, we have launched a recorded RICS Mandatory Topics CPD Bundle designed to provide practical, expert-led training across all three areas.

Courses will be available either 365 days from the live date, or from the date of purchase for recorded content.
