Pre Recorded Webinars: Once purchased, you can stream these to your computer, laptop, iPad or other mobile device all at a time and place that suits you. They are accompanied by detailed downloadable notes or slides. At the end of the presentation you can take the assessment. On passing this, you can download your CPD certificate.
Live Webinars: These are available live and once purchased, full details will be sent to you with a link detailing how to watch it. The accompanying notes will be found in your Professional Conferences online account. Within 48 hours of the live webinar taking place, a recording of the session will be available for you to watch on demand for 120 days. At the end of the presentation you can take the assessment, which can be found in your online account. On passing this, you can download your CPD certificate.
Live Virtual Conferences: These are full day conferences. Once purchased, full details will be sent to you with a link detailing how to watch it. The accompanying notes will be found in your Professional Conferences online account. Within 48 hours of the event taking place, a recording of all the sessions will be available for you to watch on demand for 120 days. You will be able to watch each presentation separately. At the end of all the presentations you can take the assessment, which can be found in your online account. On passing this, you can download your CPD certificate.
Yes, the RICS states that ‘formal CPD can be any form of structured learning that has clear learning objectives and outcomes such as a professional course, structured online training, technical authorship, learning that includes an assessment measure or self-managed learning that can be assessed by an expert third party.’ Once you have watched the webinar and read the downloadable notes, you can then take an assessment to test what you have learnt. Once you have attained a minimum of 60% on the assessment, you will receive the full amount of formal CPD points available for that product. By watching a one hour webinar, reading the downloadable notes and taking the assessment, you will attain one and a half (1.5) CPD hours. The full day conferences give you 6 hours formal CPD.

Yes, at the end of each presentation, we allocate time for Q & A allowing delegates to ask questions to the speakers and receive a response during the live virtual conference.
Once you have passed the short multiple-choice assessment, you will be able to download and print a copy of your personalised CPD certificate directly from your Professional Conferences online account. The certificate will remain there should you need to redownload.
All RICS members must undertake a minimum of 20 hours CPD each calendar year (January to December). Of the 20 hours, at least 10 hours must be formal CPD. Formal CPD can be any form of structured learning that has clear learning objectives and outcomes, such as a professional course, structured online training, technical authorship, learning that includes an assessment measure or self-managed learning that can be assessed by an expert third party. RICS may request to see verifiable evidence of any formal CPD activity; this may include proof of attendance on a course or at an event, or verification of assessment by a third party.
