We offer CPD training on a variety of topics using some of the best presenters in the country. We offer both live and pre-recorded presentations and conferences.

Pre Recorded Webinars: Once purchased, you can stream these to your computer, laptop, iPad or other mobile device all at a time and place that suits you. They are accompanied by detailed downloadable notes or slides. At the end of the presentation you can take the assessment to test your knowledge and. on passing this, you can download your CPD certificate.

Live Webinars: These are available live and once purchased, full details will be sent to you with a link detailing how to watch it. The accompanying notes will be found in your Professional Conferences online account. Within 48 hours of the live webinar taking place, a recording of the session will be available for you to watch on demand for 120 days. At the end of the presentation you can take the assessment, which can be found in your online account. To test your knowledge and, on passing this, you can download your CPD certificate.

Live Virtual Conferences:  These are full day conferences. Once purchased, full details will be sent to you with a link detailing how to watch it. The accompanying notes will be found in your Professional Conferences online account. Within 48 hours of the event taking place, a recording of all the sessions will be available for you to watch on demand for 120 days. You will be able to watch each presentation separately. At the end of all the presentations you can take the assessment, which can be found in your online account. On passing this, you can download your CPD certificate.

Yes, once you have watched the webinar and read the downloadable notes, you can then take an assessment to test what you have learnt. Once you have attained 60% or more, you may accrue the full amount of verifiable CPD points available for that product. By watching a one hour webinar, reading the downloadable notes and taking the assessment, you will attain one and a half (1.5) CPD hours. The full day conferences give you 6 hours CPD.

Keeping up to date not only ensures compliance with the SRA’s requirements but also enables you to give your clients the best possible advice.

Each of the pre-recorded webinars are split into chapters so it is easily divided into bite-size sections which can be watched individually.

Once you have purchased a webinar you can log into your account and access it at any time. You can watch the video as many times as you like and complete the assessment at a time to suit you.

You will have one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of purchase to view your webinar before it expires.During this time, you can watch it as many times as you like.

The above applies to the live events once they have been recorded, whereupon they will be available to you in your account within 48 hours of the event and will available for 120 days thereafter.

Most of the presentations are approximately 1 hour in duration and by watching a one hour webinar, reading the downloadable notes and taking the assessment, you will attain one and a half (1.5) CPD hours. The live conferences are 6 hours long and each presentation can be watched individually.

You can register for a user account for free via the “Register” link on this website. You have to have a user account to be able to purchase products from this website. Your user account will also record your CPD points accrued.

The first step is to register with us and create a user account. This process is free and you are not obliged to purchase anything.

Each webinar is sold on a per person basis, so each user who wishes to watch our webinars and gain CPD points will need to make a separate purchase. To purchase a product, please follow these easy steps:

1. Login to your user account
2. Select the webinar you want to purchase and add it to your basket
3. Proceed to Checkout
4. Enter your credit/debit card details
5. Confirm your order
6. As soon as the purchase has been made, you will receive a confirmation email
7. Your webinar will then appear immediately in your account ready for you to view

To purchase a video for multiple users please follow the above steps and before you proceed to ‘Continue to Checkout’, click on the ‘Add Delegate’ button and complete the required fields. If you do not wish to purchase the video yourself and are only purchasing on behalf of someone else, please click on the minus symbol adjacent to your details on the right-hand side.

If the individuals do not have their own account, the person completing the purchase will be given the ability to create an account for each individual, which will have to be verified by the individual account holders.

If you wish to purchase 5 videos this can be obtained for a total package price of £99 plus VAT (£118.80 inc. VAT) – a saving of £61.20 from the price if bought individually. To choose a package click on ‘Click Here to Create Package’ from the home page or on ‘Create Package’ available on the relevant subject pages. From there, select 5 webinars of your choice from the drop down menu. You will be able to preview each video as you select it.

We accept debit and credit cards and payment will be requested upon online checkout.

No more than 48 hours after the event, a recording of all the sessions will be available for you to watch in your Professional Conferences account on-demand for 120 days. You will be able to watch each presentation separately.

Yes, at the end of each presentation, we allocate time for Q & A allowing delegates to ask questions to the speakers and receive a response during the live virtual conference.

Once you have purchased a webinar, you can access the downloadable notes or slides by clicking on the ‘Download The Notes’ button at the top of each presentation. You can also access the assessment at the end of the presentation by clicking on ‘Take the Assessment’. Both links are available on the webinar page.

Yes, you can take the assessment as many times as you require.

No, the webinars cannot be downloaded. They have to be watched online.

Once you have passed the short multiple-choice assessment, you will be able to download and print a copy of your personalised CPD certificate directly from your Professional Conferences online account. The certificate will remain there should you need to redownload.

Some webinars are longer than an hour and give additional CPD, these are clearly marked. This is in accordance with the GDC’s ECPD requirements.
