Information
This session will provide an overview of the leasehold reforms currently in progress, and future legislation proposed. There will be a particular emphasis on Part 4 LFRA 2024 service charge reforms, which will, in particular, change how conveyancers report to their buyers and lenders. It will also look at recent lender policy changes in respect of service charges, and key information to obtain before reporting to buyers.
