This session will consider key proposals of the RRA, with particular emphasis on Decent Homes Standards (“DHS”) and the parallel Social Rented Sector Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (“SRSMEES”) and Private Rented Sector Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (“PRSMEES”). The session will focus on implementation in blocks of flats and commonholds, but will also consider wider financial implications and key considerations for buy-to-let landlord buyers.
