If you want some help when buying new build then this video will show you what to look out for that is different from when buying “resale” properties.  It will show you what to concentrate on and what you need to explain to the client.  It looks at the different issues on planning and other related agreements, new home warranties and the Code for Completion.  A brief overview of Help to Buy and CML requirements on new builds is also given.
