CQS PRACTICE MANAGEMENT STANDARDS, TRAINING AND THE NEW SRO EXAM

CQS are increasing monitoring and inspection of CQS firms including by making visits to selected firms. You should ensure you are fully CQS compliant and ready for an inspection. This session will look at:

  • The onsite inspection provisions
  • Do you need to review your general policies and procedures?

LISTED BUILDINGS: ISSUES FOR CONVEYANCERS
