Speaker

James Beresford

James is the National Head of Wills and Estate Planning at BLM Law in Manchester dealing with the administration of complex estates and advising clients on estate planning matters including the drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

He is particularly interested in assisting clients deal with their estate and legacy planning where my pragmatic approach  and clear communication skills provide clients with a comprehensive and understandable solution.

He is the former National Head of Private Client at Slater and Gordon and is a regular lecturer and contributor to the media.

James is a full member of STEP and sits on the England and Wales Committee and he is the author of “No Will – no say. A simple guide to Wills and Estate Planning”, published in 2017 by Wilkinson Publishing.
